Tim Keating

Tim Keating is currently the Nestle R&D Global Head Engineering at Nestlé, overseeing innovation, renovation, product and process development, sustainability, digital manufacturing, and safety. Prior to their current role, Tim served as the Purina Global Head R&D Engineering at Nestlé Purina North America. With a background in the US Army, Tim held various positions such as Company Commander, Rifle Platoon Leader, Support Platoon Leader, Operations Officer & Observer Controller. Keating holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies & Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from National University.
