Eboney Kraisoraphong

Eboney has been a part of NET Centers since March 2005. She has over 20 years of experience in children and family services with specializations in child welfare and performance management. Prior to her current role, Eboney served as NET’s Director of Child Welfare Services and later established NET’s first child welfare quality assurance department. Eboney has been intricately involved with Philadelphia’s child welfare system- transformation, Improving Outcomes for Children. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Eboney is responsible for Human Resources, Training, facilitation of NET’s strategic plan, facilitation of the accreditation across all programs, and strengthening the agency’s consolidated approach to quality and performance improvement.
