Jeffrey Ginsberg

Jeffrey Ginsberg is the current Chief Financial Officer at Net Element. Jeffrey has over ten years of experience in the finance industry, and has been with Net Element for over five years. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Finance for Net Element. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's financial reporting, including participation in the earnings call. Jeffrey also refined QuickBooks to report by class so that the profit and loss could be reported at a divisional level on a monthly basis and consolidated automatically.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey has been responsible for the accounting and finance processes, as well as Human Resources. Jeffrey has also served as a liaison with external auditors and tax preparers on all corporate and subsidiary partnership issues. Additionally, they have presented before the Audit Committee and at investor conference calls. Jeffrey has also managed a team to create various types of reporting, including budgets and projections, monthly actual vs budget data, and more. Under their leadership, the finance team has been successful in helping the company through a successful reverse merger.

Jeffrey Ginsberg has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from CUNY Queens College and a certification from the Florida Division of Professional Regulation as a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeffrey Ginsberg works with Steven Wolberg - Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, Vlad Sadovskiy - President of Integrated Payments and Merchant Services, and Andrey Krotov - Chief Technology Officer. Jeffrey Ginsberg reports to Oleg Firer, Executive Chairman & CEO.
