Alex Lloyd

Alex Lloyd has worked in various roles since 2009. At Best Buy, they were a Sales Associate from 2009 to 2013. Alex then moved to Dish Network, where they were a Field Service Specialist from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Student Researcher at Durham Technical Community College from 2016 to 2016. From 2016 to present, they have been working at Net Friends, where they have held the roles of Lead Network Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Network Technician III, Network Technician, Tier III, and Network Technician, Tier II. In these roles, they have been responsible for providing network-related support services, planning and configuring internal networks, designing and implementing resilient network infrastructures, and performing configuration changes and maintenance on internal network systems.

Alex Lloyd has an education history that includes three degrees and three certifications. Alex obtained an Associate's degree in Information Security from Durham Technical Community College in 2017 and an Associate's degree in Networking Technology from Durham Technical Community College in 2016. Alex also attended Johnson & Wales University in 2009 and 2010 for Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) from CWNP in January 2023, PCNSE from Palo Alto Networks in March 2020, and NSE4 from Fortinet in July 2018.
