Donna Morea

Donna is a recognized leader in the IT software and services industry as well as the private equity community. She has a background of accomplishment in chief operating roles building large-scale IT infrastructures. She currently serves as an independent director on the SAIC and SunTrust boards. She is also on the board of KrolLDiscovery, a Carlyle portfolio company that provides technology-enabled services and software to the legal industry. Donna formed the Adesso Group in 2012, leading as Chairman and CEO, to advise private equity firms pursuing healthcare IT, offshore IT & BPO, and government software acquisitions. Prior to this, she had a career at American Management Systems (AMS), serving CGI Group as President. Donna is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Wesleyan University, Director of Share our Strength, Trustee of the Inova Health System, and Chairman Emeritus of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
