Paul Bosetti

Paul Bosetti has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Paul is currently the VP of Business Operations at Net Health, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evoqua Water Technologies for nearly a decade, starting in October 2012. At Evoqua, Paul held the position of Director of Business Partner & End User Computing, where they provided technology solutions to 4,500 employees globally and managed a team of 30+ professionals.

Before joining Evoqua, Paul worked at Siemens Water Technologies from 2009 to 2012. Paul held the role of Director of IT Project Management Office & Continuous Improvement, responsible for implementing change programs and improving sales performance. Paul also served as the Director of Operations, managing a diverse team of 70 employees across three offices.

Prior to Siemens, Paul worked at Blastrac from 2003 to 2009, holding the positions of Director of Business Planning and Director of Business Improvement. In these roles, they successfully restructured and reorganized the company's global supply chain and sales operations, resulting in significant improvements in financial performance and increased global sales.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked at US Filter from 1996 to 2003, where they held various management positions. This included being the Manager of Business Planning and Sales Operations, where they drove sales growth and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Paul also served as the Director of Engineering, managing a multi-disciplinary division, and as the Electrical Engineering Manager, responsible for the design and startup of water treatment systems.

Paul's career started at AEC in 1990, where they quickly advanced to become the Director of Engineering, overseeing a multi-disciplinary engineering division.

Paul Bosetti attended the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Executive Management. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Paul Bosetti also holds a certification as a FinOps Certified Practitioner, which they obtained from the FinOps Foundation in June 2022.
