Ritu is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Quality Engineering at Net Health, where they are responsible for optimizing software engineering quality and ensuring high standards of reliability and agility. Prior to this, Ritu worked as a Lead Operating Executive at Aditech and as a Staff Vice President of Technology at Anthem, where they led global teams and drove legacy modernization and migrations. Ritu also served as the Vice President of Engineering at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they built a Testing Center of Excellence for Population Health IT. Ritu has experience in various leadership and testing roles at Pearson PLC, Teachers' Retirement System of the City of New York, Penn Treaty Network America, Reed Elsevier, Apogee Network, and Lucent Technologies. Ritu Sharma has a Bachelor's degree from NIT. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Ritu completed the Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University in 2012. In 2016, they specialized in the Healthcare Marketplace through the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Ritu obtained their Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018. Finally, in October 2020, they completed their Masters in Business Strategy from the International MBA Institute™.
