Ashley Hettinger serves as a Recruiting Assistant at NET Ministries since July 2015, focusing on candidate recruitment, maintaining alumni relationships, and organizing events. Previously held the position of Team Supervisor, where responsibilities included training and overseeing NET team members, along with managing daily operations. Earlier roles at NET Ministries included Team Leader and various positions at Illinois State University, including Student Marketing Specialist and Lead Orientation Preview Guide. Ashley Hettinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a focus on Organization and Leadership from Illinois State University, completed in 2014.
