Brenda Grubb

Brenda Grubb has a diverse range of work experience. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Office Manager at St. Charles Church in Bayport. Brenda then moved to the Church of St. Michael in Stillwater, where they held various roles from 2008 to 2023. Their roles at the Church of St. Michael included Director of Business and Human Resources/Payroll and Administrative Assistant. In their positions, they managed and oversaw employees in various business and operational functions, handled recruitment, training, and development of staff, and managed budgets and reporting. In 2022, they founded their own company called Stillwater Baking Company, where they serve as the CEO and Founder. Brenda is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at NET Ministries.

Brenda Grubb began their education at St. Cloud State University in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications. Brenda graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2002. In 2001, Brenda briefly attended Baruch College, although it is unclear if they completed a degree or field of study at this institution. In 2017, Brenda enrolled in The College of St. Scholastica to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Leadership and Change. Brenda completed their MBA in 2018. Most recently, in 2021, Brenda attended Villanova School of Business, obtaining a Certificate of Church Management in the field of Business Administration and Management.
