Konstantinos Emmanouilidis

Konstantinos Emmanouilidis has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and product ownership. Konstantinos started their career in 2017 at the Hellenic force of Cyprus, EL.DY.K., where they worked in the Office of Research and Information Technology. In 2018, they joined Upstream as a Technical Support Engineer and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Technical Support Manager, leading a team responsible for ensuring technical and operational stability across the company's production infrastructure and IT stack. Konstantinos's most recent position is at NET2GRID, where they work as a Product Owner starting from June 2022.

Konstantinos Emmanouilidis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the Ionian University's Department of Informatics (Corfu) from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2006, they earned the ECPE - Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan. More recently, in July 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
