Emma Beukes

Emma Beukes has extensive experience in marketing, project management, and industrial engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager and Project Manager at Netafim Netherlands since August 2018, Emma is part of the management team overseeing internal improvement projects. Prior to this role, Emma was the Quality, Planning, and Lean Manager at Netafim South Africa from May 2015 to August 2018, handling forecasting, production planning, and lean implementation in the smart irrigation systems industry. Emma also worked as an Industrial Process Manager at Vital Health Foods from January 2014 to April 2015, focusing on production in the health supplements sector. Earlier, from January 2011 to December 2013, Emma coordinated and managed utility-scale solar PV projects as a Project Coordinator and Engineer at Solek Renewable Energy Engineers. Emma holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University, completed between 2006 and 2009.
