Melissa Lilze

Melissa Lilze has a strong background in sales and account management within the agriculture industry. Melissa began their career at PureSense as a Regional Account Manager in 2008, before being promoted to Sales Manager in 2010. In 2012, Melissa joined Agrian as a National Sales Manager and held this role until 2016. Melissa then transitioned to Netafim USA, where they initially worked as a Dealer Relationship Manager from 2016 to 2021. Melissa was then promoted to Regional Sales Manager - West AG, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the North American Sales Director - Agriculture at Netafim USA.

Melissa Lilze completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Science at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Melissa pursued their education at this institution from 2000 to 2005.
