Avital Ozer Sheffi

Avital Ozer Sheffi has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative roles. Avital started their career as an Account Manager at ducart packaging industry Ltd in 2000. In 2006, they joined Ducart Group as a Human Resources Manager, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies. From 2016 to 2019, Avital served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Mifne Center, focusing on improving processes, managing human resources, and coordinating long-term organizational planning. Currently, they are the HR Director - Global Corporate at Netafim, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. Overall, Avital has a strong background in HR management and strategic planning.

Avital Ozer Sheffi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Haifa from 1995 to 1998. In 2008 to 2009, they also pursued a Master's degree in Labor studies with a focus on HR Executive program from Tel Aviv University.
