Gil Krichman

Gil Krichman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gil started their career at Netafim USA in 1989 as an Extrusion Technician. Gil then worked at Netafim as a Marketing Manager from 1994 to 1996, followed by the role of Plant Planner from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they served as a Work Coordinator at Kibbutz Hatzerim, managing work layouts and scheduling shifts at the Netafim plant. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as the Factory Store Manager at Netafim. Between 2004 and 2006, they served as the Operations Manager at Mega-T Tzemet. Gil then returned to Netafim and held positions such as Local Product Manager from 2007 to 2015, Regional Product Manager from 2016 to 2017, Global Product Manager from 2018 to 2019, and Chief Global Product Manager from January 2020 onwards. Throughout their career, Gil has been involved in various aspects of product management, technical management, operations, marketing, and coordination of activities with different departments.

Gil Krichman obtained an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering in 1993. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Organizational Consulting from Gishot Group, Training and Coaching company for excellence - worldwide in 2022, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ALD College in 2016, Lean Management from AVIV AMCG Management & Consulting in 2014, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Hamil - Hamerkaz Hasheri L'Nihul U'Lhezrah in 2007, and Human resource and personnel management from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2002.
