Hilit Kuhnreich

Hilit Kuhnreich has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2002 at FedEx Express, where they held various roles such as General Director Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, and Recruitment Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they served as HR VP at FedEx Express, taking responsibility for HR and workforce management. Subsequently, they joined Amdocs in 2012 as a Human Resources Business Lead, overseeing the HR agenda and strategy for over 1,000 employees globally. In 2016, they joined Netafim as Israel HR Director & HR Director for Global Operations, responsible for driving the HR agenda and strategy for more than 1,000 employees and organizing complex HR processes. Currently, they are working as the VP of Human Resources at Elbit Systems.

Hilit Kuhnreich obtained their LLB, Bachelor of Law degree from Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center in the years 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued their M.A degree in the Public Policy Program at Tel Aviv University. Hilit began their education at the University of Haifa, where they completed their BA degree in Political Science and Sociology between 1994 and 1997.
