Oren Cohen

Oren Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and international transactions. Currently serving as Legal Director at Netafim since February 2018, Oren oversees legal matters at the global headquarters. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Gilat Satellite Networks and Associate Lawyer in the Commercial and M&A Department at Shibolet & Co., where Oren contributed to various commercial agreements and M&A transactions. Earlier, as an Associate at Weinstock-Zecler & Co., Oren provided legal advice regarding foreign investments in China, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. Oren holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University and pursued further studies at Beijing Languages and Culture University.
