Rachel Kisler

Rachel Kisler is an experienced leader in software and digital farming research and development, currently serving as the Head of Digital Farming R&D at Netafim since 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Software at Quantum Machines from 2022 to 2024, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary product development and managing a talented software team. As Vice President of Embedded Software at Arad Technologies Ltd. (2020-2022), Rachel managed R&D teams and orchestrated the development of competitive products for international markets. Prior roles include Software Development Manager at Cardo Systems, Co-Founder of Kensee, and various engineering positions at Texas Instruments, DSP Group, and Intel Corporation. Rachel's educational background includes multiple degrees in electrical engineering, high-tech management, and organizational behavior from prestigious institutions, including the Technion and Reichman University.
