Sam Quinton

Sam Quinton serves as the Americas Head of Human Resources at Netafim since May 2020, following a tenure as Human Resources Director for Netafim México from April 2017 to May 2020. With extensive experience in human resources management across various industries, Sam held positions including Human Resources Manager at Honda de México, Pinturas Prisa, and Patrón Spirits Company, where responsibilities encompassed organizational structure redesign, compensation strategies, and employee engagement initiatives. Sam's foundational roles began at Jabil and other companies, focusing on employee relations and HR processes. Sam completed a Master of Science in Applied Psychology at the University of Southern California and holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Spanish, and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
