Irit Bach

Irit Bach serves as the Head of HR for NetApp in Israel since December 2018, focusing on enhancing HR expertise among managers and professionals. Prior experience includes a two-year period of travel around the world from 2016 to 2018 and a notable tenure at SAP from 2005 to 2016, where Irit held the roles of VP HR for EMEA Labs and Training & OD Manager for Labs EMEA, serving as a strategic partner to management. Earlier experiences include working as an HR Business Partner at Amdocs from 1999 to 2005 and a consultant at FORUM CONSULTANTS, INC. from 1998 to 1999, providing guidance on organizational change. Irit holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from the University of Haifa.
