James Lee

James Lee is an experienced software engineer with a comprehensive background in developing cloud-based solutions and improving developer productivity. Currently at NetApp since May 2025, James focuses on CVS (Cloud Volume Service) SaaS in Kubernetes and has contributed to GenAI solutions for code generation. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Sonatus and a stealth startup, where James implemented best practices in software development life cycles and standardized Linux services. James has also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Domino Data Lab and LinkedIn, enhancing continuous integration systems and build performance. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at NetApp, where James led the design and development of key services and automation frameworks, as well as a Principal Software Engineer role at EFI, where James designed software solutions for various platforms. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
