JungSook Yang

JungSook Yang is a Member of Technical Staff V at NetApp, specializing in system software design and development with extensive expertise in operating systems, file systems, storage, and performance tuning. They previously co-founded and volunteered as a developer at Abide, creating RESTful backend services and improving deployment tools. JungSook served as a research and teaching assistant at the University of California, Irvine, where they developed innovative algorithms and taught undergraduate courses. With a strong background in software development from various internships, including work at Linksys and ETRI, JungSook demonstrates a passion for coding and delivering high-performance products. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and continue to expand their knowledge in computer science at KAIST.
