Justin Kappers

Justin Kappers is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in program management and business operations. As the Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications and IT Chief of Staff at NetApp since December 2016, Justin manages various aspects of global IT operations, including strategic planning, financial forecasting, and workforce strategy. Prior to NetApp, Justin established the first Program Management Office at Broadcom Corporation and led the setup of Broadcom’s IT Internal Audit department. Justin's career began at Deloitte & Touche, where responsibilities included overseeing consultative services for client internal audit departments. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems from Miami University.
