Kimberly S.

Kimberly S. currently serves as the Head of Global Employee Relations at NetApp, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as Employment Counsel & Workplace Investigations at X from October 2022 to October 2023, and as the Director of Employee Relations, Investigations, & Alternative Conflict Resolution at VMware from August 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Kimberly held various prestigious positions, including President of the Texas Association of Mediators and Restorative Justice Consultant and Trainer at the University of San Diego. Experience also includes directing the Conflict Management Office at The University of Texas at Austin, serving as Assistant Employment and Labor Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union, and practicing law with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Kimberly possesses a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
