Melissa Roman

Melissa Roman currently serves as an Executive Assistant at NetApp since October 2024. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Flex from June 2011 to October 2024, including Sr. Executive Assistant to the CIO and CFO, and Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, as well as serving as a Paralegal. Earlier experience includes a role as a Personal Assistant for a Private Family and HR Generalist/IT/Office Manager at Y.A. Tittle and Associates Insurance Services. Melissa began their career as a Marketing Analyst at mail.com. Educationally, Melissa has pursued Project Management certification from Google and has studied at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Sawyer College of Business, and De Anza College.
