Pamela Hennard

Pamela Hennard is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at NetApp since August 2022, Pamela previously held the same title at Boeing from July 2018 to July 2022. At Dell, a tenure that lasted from July 2005 to July 2018, Pamela held dual roles as Vice President, North America Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Recruiting Director. Earlier in Pamela's career, experience included a consultancy role at Hewitt Associates from 2001 to 2006 and serving as Vice President, SW Recruiting Leader at Bank of America from December 1997 to August 2001. Pamela Hennard holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
