Rachel Muncey is the Lead Ethics & Compliance Counsel for the Americas and currently serves as Director of Legal at NetApp. Previously, Rachel worked as a Senior Managing Counsel and an Attorney in the Acquisition and Fiscal Law Division at the Federal Aviation Administration from 2014 to 2019. Rachel also practiced as an Attorney at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald and held a summer associate position before that. Rachel began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP after earning a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
