Usha Jagini

Usha Jagini is an accomplished technology professional with 25 years of experience and 17 years in management roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Euromaint and an Information Technology Consultant at QitiTech since early 2023, Usha also holds the position of IT Systems and Command Center Director at Rakuten India, where oversight of a 65-person organization is maintained. Usha’s extensive background includes a long tenure at NetApp, starting in 2003, where roles have progressed to Director of IT. Previous experience includes positions at Synopsys India and CG Smith SW, with beginnings in IT management and systems administration. Usha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and completed a short-term course in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
