Devin Dang started working at SmartBear Software in 2017 as an Associate Support Engineer and later became a Support Engineer. In 2019, Devin joined NetBase Quid as a Junior Customer Success Manager and has since been promoted to the role of Customer Care Team Lead.
Devin Dang received their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Brandeis University, completing their degree from 2012 to 2016.
