Teri joined the NETbilling team in 2006. Teri has experience in numerous departments at NETbilling. She started out as a call center representative and then quickly became the head trainer and senior lead representative. With her wide-ranging knowledge of customer service, Teri prepares all new employees by giving them the skills to become excellent customer care specialists.
