Tracy L. Durham, CSM, CSA, STS, currently serves as the Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Netcare Access since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions in Environmental and Safety management, including Environmental, Health & Safety Professional at Charter Communications from 2016 to March 2021 and Sr. Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety for the Midwest at Time Warner Cable from June 2008 to May 2016, following the company's acquisition by Charter. Tracy's career began as a Safety/Risk Analyst at Installed Building Products from July 2001 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing OSHA compliance, accident investigations, and safety training programs. Tracy has demonstrated a consistent dedication to reducing occupational injuries and enhancing workplace safety through strategic leadership and comprehensive program development.
