Netcash
Vuyo Busakwe is a Technical Integration Specialist at Netcash, where responsibilities focus on technical support within a sales environment and API integration since October 2018. Previously, Vuyo served as a Technical Support Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from December 2016 to September 2018 and as a Senior Associate in various roles at WNS Global Services SA, including Hostmaster Domain Name Administrator and Tier 2 customer support from June 2015 to November 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Consultant at Bytes People Solutions (Pty) Limited for Vodacom from January 2015 to May 2015. Vuyo holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of South Africa, a Higher Certificate in Business Management from iQ Academy, and a Short Course in C++ from the University of South Africa, completed in early 2022.
