Beat Haas

Beat Haas has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Beat currently works at Hirslanden as the Lead HR Business Partner and a member of the management team. Prior to this, they were at Netcetera - Quality Software Engineering, where they served as a Senior Strategic HC Business Partner, responsible for implementing the HC strategy and leading strategic HC projects. Before that, Beat held positions at Leonteq Securities AG, including Head of Operational HR and Head of HR. Beat also worked at UBS as an HR Project Manager and at a Finanzdienstleister as a Senior HR Business Partner and Team Leader of HR Advisory & Service Center.

Beat Haas obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Luzern, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Before that, they pursued a Nachdiplomstudium Personal program at HWV Olten from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an SNP-HWV qualification. Haas began their educational journey at HWV Luzern from 1986 to 1989, where they completed their Fachhochschule degree in Wirtschaft und Verwaltung.
