Clemens Kerp

Clemens Kerp has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Clemens started their career at Hoffmann & Kessel, where they worked as a Kundenberater from July 2004 to July 2006. Clemens then progressed to become the Geschäftsführer at the same company from August 2006 to August 2011. Clemens went on to co-found Unique Smoke in September 2011, where they held the position of Leitender Angestellter und Mitgründer until February 2015.

Afterwards, Clemens joined Real, ein Geschäftszweig der SThree GmbH, as a Consultant from April 2015 to November 2016. Clemens then moved to Computer Futures as a Recruitment Consultant from November 2016 to February 2017. Clemens was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant and held this role from March 2017 to April 2019.

In 2019, Clemens joined ERNI as a Business Development Consultant from August 2019 to April 2020. Clemens then transitioned into the role of a Professional Business Development Consultant from May 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they are working at Netcetera - Software matters as a Senior Account-Manager / Scrum Master, starting in July 2021.

Clemens Kerp has a diverse education history. Clemens completed their CAS Computer Science degree from ZHAW School of Engineering in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a CAS Key Account Management degree in the field of St. Galler KAM Konzept from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW starting in 2019. In 2008, they obtained a degree in Handelsfachwirt from Bildungszentrum des Einzelhandels Niedersachsen, which has no specified field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Clemens Kerp has earned several certifications. Clemens obtained a Professional Certificate in CX from The CX Academy in July 2023. In June 2023, they acquired an IT Project Manager certification (14 ECTS) from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. In July 2021, they attained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications in Online-Marketing from LinkedIn in April 2020 and in Der Scrum Master, also from LinkedIn, in March 2020.
