Marko Hinic

Marko Hinic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marko is currently working as a Senior Human Capital Manager at Netcetera - Software matters since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sourcico from September 2018 to February 2021, where they held two roles - Talent Manager from October 2019 to February 2021, and Human Resources and Recruitment from September 2018 to February 2021. Before Sourcico, Marko worked at Accenture as a Talent Sourcing Specialist (a.i.) from December 2017 to August 2018. Marko'searliest work experience was at FrontwiseGroup, where they served as a Professional Talent Acquisition Consultant from January 2017 to August 2018. Marko began their career at Advance Media as a Sales Manager, where they worked from October 2012 to January 2017.

Marko Hinic obtained their Bachelor of foreign languages in Italian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology Skopje - "Blaze Koneski" from 2008 to 2012. Marko then pursued a Master's degree in HR Management at the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research, Ss.Cyril and Methodius University from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their educational background, they obtained the certification of Sworn Translator in Italian-Macedonian and Macedonian-Italian in November 2012.
