Julio Mantilla

Julio Mantilla began their work experience as an Intern Storage Engineer at Dell EMC in July 2006 and remained in that role until July 2010. Julio then transitioned to a Storage Engineer role at Dell EMC, where they performed installations, maintenance, and configurations for various equipment and provided support and solutions to technical problems for the NoLA Region. In October 2013, Julio became a Senior Enterprise Storage Engineer at Dell EMC, where they determined technical requirements for customers and partners and resolved business and technical issues on all products and services. Julio also contributed to the planning, administration, and execution of customer support programs. Julio's most recent position is as a Storage Engineer at Netclearance Systems, which they started in October 2016. In this role, they design, administers, and supports storage solutions, ensures stable performance, and provides technical support for releases, upgrades, and changes to storage systems.

Julio Mantilla obtained a Master's degree in Management of Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). Julio also holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Information Technology Project Management and another in Business Administration and Management, General, both from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). Additionally, Julio has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Nueva Esparta. Julio has received several certifications, including Specialist - Platform Engineer, PowerScale Version 4.0 from Dell Technologies, Associate - Information Storage and Management Version 2.0 (DCA-ISM) from EMC, and Specialist - Platform Engineer, XtremIO Version 2.0 from Dell EMC, among others.
