Abdul Ahad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abdul started their career in 2003 as a Tech-support Executive and later worked as a Lead Trainer and Assistant/Deputy Manager Operations. In 2008, they became a Manager Training, responsible for driving employee engagement and training for 3000 employees.
From 2010 to 2012, Abdul worked as an Account Lead and Service Delivery Manager at IBM Global Process Services, managing operations and training for a North American and European e-commerce giant.
Abdul then joined InterGlobe Technologies, supporting high-impact projects at Emirates Airlines as a Project Consultant, focusing on learning and development and change management.
Abdul later worked at Emirates Airlines as a Project Consultant, providing optimal Learning and Change Management solutions for high-impact projects.
In 2015, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Director of Training, leading learning services for the largest account in the travel vertical across India, China, and Malaysia.
Most recently, Abdul worked at NetCom Learning as the Head of Learning and Development and Customer Success, and later as the Head of Product Innovation.
In 2018, they took time off to support their family through a difficult pregnancy and experienced loss, during which they worked as an independent consultant. In 2019, they returned to NetCom Learning as the Head of Product Innovation.
Abdul Ahad's education history is as follows:
- From 2021 to 2023, they attended the University of Portsmouth and pursued a Master of Science degree (MS) in Data Analytics.
- In 2020, they completed a PG Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning.
- Also in 2020, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Executive Education with a focus on Data Science and Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
- In 2018, they participated in an Executive Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
- Abdul earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura, from 2008 to 2013.
- From 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Computers at Jamia Millia Islamia.
- Lastly, from 1986 to 1999, they completed their AISSCE / AISSE - CBSE degree in Engineering Drawing from St. Xavier School in Delhi.
