Karen Rodkin

Karen Rodkin currently serves as Director of Operations at both Netcom Training and Netcom Talent, positions held since January 2024. Prior to this, Karen accumulated extensive experience at Pareto from March 2010 to December 2023, where roles included Sales Director, Regional Sales Director, and Head of the Executive Division for the EMEA and US regions. Karen's career also includes serving as Director at Thompson Consulting, focused on recruitment in the software and technology sector, from September 1997 to December 2005, and managing sports facilities and services at Loughborough University from September 1991 to August 1997. Karen holds an MBA in Business and a BSc in Sports Science from Loughborough University.
