Aggeliki Giouroudi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, transformation, and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as the Governance, Transformation & Improvement Lead Consultant at Netcompany-Intrasoft since April 2022, Aggeliki drives the Agile methodology throughout the organization. As a Trainer at Inspirational Coaching & Mentoring Academy, Aggeliki leads the Parent Coaching Certified program and holds accreditation from the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring. Previous roles include Operations Excellence Manager at efood, where Aggeliki optimized operational processes, and various positions at Philip Morris International, focusing on continuous improvement and process management in production. Aggeliki's career also encompasses roles in quality management and engineering, with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and ISO standards. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Piraeus and a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
