Dafne Fota

Dafne Fota has extensive experience in training, development, and human resources. Dafne began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at MBA Center Paris in 2007. Dafne later worked as a Freelance Trainer at Dale Carnegie Training Hellas from 2009 to 2015. Dafne then joined NEOSET as a Training and Human Resources Development professional and stayed with the company until 2013. Dafne further expanded their skills and knowledge at Care Direct Group, where they served as a Training and Development Manager from 2013 to 2017. Most recently, Dafne worked at KORRES as part of the Training & Development team until 2022. Dafne is currently the Learning and Development Lead at Netcompany-Intrasoft.

Dafne Fota completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bretagne in Brest, France from 2003 to 2006. Later, in 2006 to 2007, they obtained a Master of Human Resources from the same institution.
