Marianthi Sianidou

Marianthi Sianidou is an experienced ICT Project Manager and Product Development Process Consultant with expertise in governance and delivery of EU IT projects, currently working at Netcompany-Intrasoft since May 2021. Key responsibilities include optimizing processes aligned with EU frameworks, advising on quality management, and leading Continual Service Improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes being a Business Process Management Team Lead Consultant at Blue Value S.A., where Marianthi developed and improved Quality Management Systems and Risk Management methodologies. Earlier roles also include Health Economist at HealThink and Business Tutor at the NETWORK Educational Group. Marianthi holds a Master of Science in Finance from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Macedonia.
