Theodora Brisimi

Theodora Brisimi is currently serving as the Lead Research Innovation & Development Engineer at Netcompany-Intrasoft since April 2023. Previously, Theodora held the role of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Beat from April 2020 to November 2022 and was employed as a Research Staff Member at IBM from October 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, Theodora worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Boston University between September 2011 and August 2017, assisting in research under Prof. Paschalidis at the Network Optimization and Control Laboratory and also taking on the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant for courses in Software Engineering and Computer Networking. Additional experiences include internships at PARC, Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories, and Hellas OnLine, along with an undergraduate lab assistant position at the National Technical University of Athens. Theodora holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boston University and a diploma in the same field from the National Technical University of Athens.
