Pia Melin Graasbøll

Pia Melin Graasbøll is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and change management, currently serving as Principal and Head of Digital Enablement at Netcompany since August 2020, where focus is on the human factors of digital transformation. With previous roles including Senior Change Manager at IQVIA Technology Solutions and Senior Consultant at proacteur, Pia has extensive experience in organizational change management and behavioral design. Additionally, Pia holds a voluntary position as a Global Board Member for the World Organization of the Scout Movement, contributing to an organization of 57 million members across 173 countries. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategy, Organization and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Business Studies from Roskilde University.
