Sofia (Brink) Louw is an experienced HR professional who currently holds the position of Head of Group HR Operations, Total Reward & Global Mobility at Netcompany. With previous roles at Harbour Energy, Glencore, and Chevron, Sofia has a strong background in HR strategy, operations, and employee relations. Sofia has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town and has also completed executive education programs at the University of Cambridge and the University of Pennsylvania.
