Mandovi Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mandovi is currently working at Netcore Cloud as a Senior Onboarding Specialist since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Darwinbox as a Customer Success Consultant from April 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they devised engagement plans, established trusted advisor relationships with customers, and worked towards improving customer satisfaction. Before joining Darwinbox, Mandovi worked at Jombay as a Senior Consultant from February 2018 to March 2021 and as a Growth Manager from February 2016 to January 2018. Mandovi also had experience working at QEDbaton as a Business Development Specialist from February 2014 to January 2016.

Mandovi Joseph, CSM®, completed their education in a chronological order. Mandovi attended St. Helena's High School from 1994 to 2009, where they obtained their ICSE degree. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended The Bishop's School for their ISC degree in Science. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, Mandovi studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mandovi has obtained several certifications. Mandovi received the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2023. Mandovi also acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including Design Thinking: Implementing the Process, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Implementing Continuous Improvement: A Case Study, Strategic Focus for Managers, How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening, and Learning from Failure. The most recent LinkedIn certification Mandovi obtained was Customer success management fundamentals in March 2021.
