David M. Johnson

David M. Johnson has a strong background in finance and accounting. David M. began their career as an Assistant Purchasing Agent at KB Home in 2005. David M. then worked as an Official Representative at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they assisted with training, staffing, and performance reviews. In 2007, they joined Brigham Young University's Office of Research & Creative Activities as a Grant & Contract Specialist, managing research grants and implementing an online database. In 2010, they worked as an Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young, performing year-end financial statement audits. David M. also worked as an Accountant at both Brigham Young University and Ortho Development. In 2011, they became a Manager of Assurance Services at EY, where they managed and directed teams in performing financial statement and internal control audits for various industries. In 2017, they joined Pluralsight as an SVP of Accounting, responsible for financial reporting. In 2022, they moved to TaxBit as Head of Finance. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Netcraft, starting in 2023.

David M. Johnson obtained their Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University - Marriott School of Management, specializing in Professional Accounting. David M. completed their degree program from 2004 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA in April 2012.
