Cesar Edgardo Ojeda Rios co-founded NETDATA INNOVATION CENTER in 2009 and served as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), responsible for customer success, professional services, support, and account management. Cesar Edgardo also held the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) from 2015 to 2020, overseeing product and service offerings, career development, and quality assurance. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director for Venezuela, focusing on strategic growth and alignment. Before joining NETDATA, Cesar worked as a Field Datacomm Engineer at Huawei Technologies from 2006 to 2009.

Cesar Edgardo Ojeda Rios has a diverse education history. In 2019 to 2020, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona and earned a Maestría en Ciberseguridad con PwC España in the field of Ingeniería. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Maestría en Marketing y Gestión Comercial at the same university. In 2014 to 2015, Cesar attended IESA and completed the Programa Avanzado de Gerencia "PAG" 67, focusing on Gerencia. Cesar Edgardo'searliest degree was obtained from the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, where they achieved a degree in Ingeniero Electrónico Mención Telecomunicaciones from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Cesar has obtained various certifications in the field of cybersecurity, including ITIL 4® Foundation, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), CYBERFORCE: Commander, CYBERFORCE: Guardian, CYBERFORCE: Hero, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and several others.
