Kaliph Hayes

Kaliph Hayes is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at neteffect technologies since March 2016, Kaliph provides onsite support for a major East Coast manufacturing client, assisting with over 200 desktops, approximately 40 servers, and a 20-server Citrix environment, while also handling various business applications and security software. Prior to this role, Kaliph worked at ETAK Systems, LLC from July 2002 to February 2016, initially as an IT Manager responsible for a diverse user base and later as a Documentation Specialist, contributing to the development of proprietary reporting software. Earlier career experience includes positions at Wolfram, where responsibilities spanned technical writing and customer support for software products. Kaliph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Penn State University.
