Maru MacHado

Maru Machado, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1997, Machado worked as a Senior Meetings and Events Producer at WorldCan Conferences, overseeing large-scale conferences and events internationally. From 2013 to 2015, Machado worked as a Licensed Realtor at Realty World South Florida, developing client relationships and increasing sales growth. In 2018, Machado served as a Cultural Engagement Specialist at Immigration Law Options LLC, providing support on immigration issues. Then, Machado worked as a Spanish Interpreter/Translator at Language Services Associates, providing interpretation support to clients. In 2019, Machado worked as an Independent Consultant, designing custom programs and providing operational support for events. From 2020 to 2022, Machado held multiple roles at Clincierge, including Associate Field Manager and Travel and Customer Service Coordinator. Machado provided operational support and managed travel logistics for patients participating in clinical trials. Currently, Machado works as the Director of Global Client Services at NetExpat.

Maru Machado, MBA has a strong educational background in business administration and management. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Universidad de Carabobo. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Maru's expertise in the field is further bolstered by their recent certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) obtained from the NIDA Clinical Trials Network in December 2020.
