Mina Shkhalili

Mina Shkhalili, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist currently with Azerbaijan Airlines, and has previously worked as a Consultant at NetExpat. Additionally, Mina has served as a Lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and held various roles in human resources, including Training Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist at "FireWorks" HRM and Recruitment Specialist at Arcadia. Mina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and further studies at İstanbul Aydin University from 2017 to 2019.
