Alexander Long

Director, Corporate Public Policy

Alexander Long is currently the Director of Corporate Public Policy at Netflix, where they have been based in Amsterdam since 2020, leading global initiatives on trade, consumer protection, and competition among other topics. Between 2019 and 2023, they worked on regional public policy issues in the APAC region and managed responsibilities for Ukraine, Russia, Central Asia, and Israel. Alexander holds a Master of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University, where they achieved a GPA of 3.95. Their previous experience includes positions at Google and the U.S. Department of State, as well as work in various countries throughout Asia and Central Asia.
